Jasonhk, thats the difference between the San Diego chip and the Claw Hammer? I have a 3700+ but the Clawhammer.

You must have a 754 system cause Clawhammer 3700+ is only in a 754 variant. Difference say between 939 4000 Clawhammer and a 939 3700+ San Diego would be the process that they are built on 0.13nm vs 0.90nm 0.90 would be cooler.
