Hey Guys..
As the title says i am going to be modding my Antec P160 Case to accomidate my water cooling..
Watercooling System
Asetek CPU Cooler Antarctica
Asetek VGA Cooler
Asetek Hydor L30
Asetek WaterChill Reservoir
Noise Isolator AC Relay Switch 220V
Asetek Radiator RDT02 120mm Triple with 10mm fittings
Integrity PC Fluid XP+ Coolant
Asetek 10mm tubing (3m)
PC System
Case : Antec P160 Case
Fans : Thermaltake Blue Leds..
Motherboard : DFI SLI-DR
GFX : 6600GT
PSU : A-Open 500W
CPU : 3200+ Winnie
A-Open 56X CD-Drive
HDD 1: Hitachi 250GB SATA2
HDD 2: WD 80GB SATA
HDD 3: Maxtor 40GB IDE
Accesories: CoolerMaster CoolDrive4 Modding
I went out and bought a 114mm hole saw, some sandpaper and screws..
Bare case..i poped the top panel off by drilling out the pop-rivits.
Planning it out..
Clamped down panel to peice of hardwood, so the holesaw has something to grip.
First test after cutting..flush fit
mmm...

I went out and bought a Black and Decker Dremil clone..and a new drill...
I cut a plate to go behind the harddrive bay..so the wires behind it are hidden..
Hehe..
Also mounted the relay switch for my pump next to the PSU..
Testing the system..
Relay switch..
Here it is..done..needs some little touch up's i think..
I will post some better pics tomorrow..

I envy you lot. I have so many 'ideas' for my case... But i just cant bring myself to cut or drill. I guess i am afraid i will @#$% it up!

just make sure you use a hole saw with a metal balde. I tried to use a hole saw that was ment for wood on an old case of mine. Not a pretty sight!!!

Your case looks absolutely great. Like the way you used blue and green in the box. Looks truly awesome. But like Elbow said, Hope you can switch the lights off...

Sure i can switch off the lights the switch is inside the case now..but im gonna mount it at the back just like my relay switch..

Very nice job you did there!
As far as nVidia UV stickers go, I don't know were someone can get old of them... Maybe it'll be a nice idea to start making UV stickers
