Not a website but a search engine
Omgili "Oh My God I Love It", which is in beta, searches discussion forums, and you can try it at http://omgili.com/.
Omgili offers a basic keyword search with special syntax and a slightly unusual way to do an advanced search from the front page. Enter your query and then doubleclick on a word in the query. An i will pop up over the query box. Mouseover the i and you'll have the option to limit your query word search to title, topic, or reply, or exclude it altogether.
Currently search results are limited, but it does say on Omgili's FAQ that the forums to be indexed are hand-picked.
Loads of fun

The file itself provides over 25 points of information, including name of satellite, country of owner/operator, purpose, type of orbit, launch mass, date of launch, expected lifetime, contractor, and comments. In addition information in the database is sourced with Web page links -- sometimes many Web page links.
In addition to the database the satellite page also has an interesting graph of military vs. civilian satellites for four different countries, and pointers to a page of space weapons resources on the Web.
