i went out to town last nite and obviously head a little too much.
 any body know good hangover tips.

Hey I just came back from last nights party, and I know haow you feel, you need sleep , lots of sleep, I have to go to work in half a hour and, I think I´m gonna die, if I dont get a least 10 hours of sleep now!!

Hey heres what i normally do. Drink all the booze you can until you vomit it up. But dont drink anymore. The next day you´ll be fine. Oh and another tip, eat something before you start dopping. It helps.

the best thing to avoid a hangover is "don´t drink", but that never happens so:
 
 1) Drink as much water as possible before you go to bed.
 
 2) breakfast in a pitta from bimbos the next morning.
 
 Stay away from coke or redbull, makes you feels great for 45 min then you wanna die when it wears off.

Grandpa´s also work wonders.
 But the best cure is drinking about 2 - 3l of waters before you go to bed that night. Trust me this has been developed over years of hard testing and it works! <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif">

Guys, I have reached the age where I am an expert on hanovers, mainly prevention. All the water advice given is good. What I do is take three Codis before passing out on the bed. In the fridge freezer I keep a 2l of frozen water.
 OK, I take the Codis, drink a ton of water before bed. Then I put the frozen water next to bed and when I wake up during the night I drink as much of the cold water as I can! Usually wake up for a pee anyway, so drink Water and more water. You have to flush out your liver because this is wher it all comes from, the hangover that is!

ehem!!!
 
 1) when u go 2 party, eat as much as possible.
 2) drink lotsa water.
 3) go 2 toilet alot.
 4) drink beer, makes u go 2 toilet. (guinness is the best 4 me.)
 5) dont move around.
 6) eat as much as possible.
 7) there aint no 7 that i can think of.
 
 i = expert, i = only 18 but i am known as permanently drunk.
