Thus far I have only heard bad things about the transformation packs. Stuff going seriously wrong.

Let me know how it turned out.

Slightly off topic: will Longhorn be 64bit? When is it coming out?

Yeah, i heard too, but i've been bored with no more games etc, so i've started with new themes, backgrounds etc. and came across this. It's something to do.

The connection is slow. I usually get 50-80k/sec but it's gong at 2.5 (slower than analogue) at the moment. I'm not cappedd so they've probably limited the bandwidth on their server.

Ok, so last night I did it and .................NOTHING. It changedd my shutdown and login screens and the layout of the folder toolbars like back-forward-file menus etc. But ever so slighty. The desktop is just a htm CSS style which I couldn't get right anyway so it just came up with a blank white screen and unaligned options for calender etc. My opinion: waste of download time. I just removed it and am back to normal.

I'm looking at Style XP. What "themers" are you guys using to enhance your windows look. I've never been for it but boredom with my machine has taken it's toll.

Yep, your half loaded webpage sidebar is how my whole background looks. It's the sidebar I mainly wanted to see but even the loaded one doesn't look like it will impressive.

I heard Longhorn has 2 million lines of code. Now that should keep a compiler busy for a couple of days!
