Holy cow... I thought WoW was supposed to use around 5mb every hour, not 16.

That's a problem.

I get that often raiding and using 150-200mbs for one night .. it has changed at some point because i always remember having quite alot of my cap left each month .. now i basically cap myself and no i dont do any downloads thats just the wow using that and the occasional virus software update.

Has anyone tried the TCPAckFrequency and TCPNoDelay registry settings tuning to improve WoW latency?

Also, is it worth spending 20 euros to move my char to Twilight?

I tried it on my Vista and XP machines and it seemed to make a difference.

As for the 20 Euros for a paid transfer, that is totally up to u Grim. Even though it's only about R300, I can't justify paying it to move...but that's me.

It's the "Savage Saronite" PvP set. Slowly working at getting my epic "Deadly Gladiator" PvP set as I get more Honor points (I got the 1st piece [cloak] yesterday :)).

TH is a crap server. Its full of greeks that cant speak english to save their lives. But we are a huge community on it. The following guilds are SA guilds:

Obedience
Unforgiven II
Pap en Vleis
Usual Suspects

Those are the big 4 and the good news is that all 4 are in Ulduar. I am part of Obe but we are starting to lock our recruitement since we have started rotations for dps, healers and tanks. PnV is a casual guild and most suited for when your leveling but dont be fooled they have great raiding protential. Unf 2 is also a raiding guild but heavy on rotations. Havent chatted with US in a bit but they are also on the raiding side of things.

We are on the Horde side.

From what I've heard, Pap en Vleis is filled with a-holes.

My friend was put off horde because of them.

Basically, he asked for a run-through of Ragefire Chasm, and he was basically given the reply "Frack off; stop being a noob; and stop begging"
I don't think he asked more than 3 times (in case you think he was begging)

I was in PnV for a while, and there was never a reply like that.

And if there was someone that would ask for a boost, the worst reply was no reply.

I know the Pap 'n Vleis guys personally. They are not like that, although the guild just about disintegrated because half of their members tried out some add-on and got hacked, including the GM of the guild...which meant their guild bank was ripped apart.

I have raided with Unf from the US server days, made just about every transition with them when the guild evolved into what it is today.
Yea, they have a rotational setup, but using the word "heavy" is overstating it. Bunch of awesome guys.

Right, /begmode on

Does anyone have a credit card (or something of the sorts) I could use?
I am unable to get R300 for a 60-day gamecard, and I don't have a credit card myself.

Actually, come to think of it, I don't even have R150 unless I sell off my old games.

??

You are asking to use a creditcard because you cannot find gamecards anywhere ?
Or are you begging for money to play wow ?

I can easily get R150, but not R300.

Doesn't matter, I've secured a deal with my mom:
Shave my beard and she'll give me the money to buy a gamecard.

Does any one else get some serious lag issues in Ulduar, it seems the first four bosses i get intense lag and spam dc, then after those bosses i go back up to 100+ fps and have no lag at all. Any ideas? :?
