How fast does the durability go down? I'm thinking of maybe getting dura gear when i get R6 (in the next few years  )
Do you know of a list of dura gear i can check out?

Thank you :) Yes lol, I did 2 more DPs after I hit R7 last night and am standing on only 4.9% :P

The durability goes down depending on usage. For example, my gear, after the 2 DPs I had to recharge all armor gears with 12 durability points each. But my axes, being used the most often I guess had tobe recharged with 24 points each. Thats not bad at all imo and makes dura gear totally worth it. Did you know it costs only like 250k rupees to get R6 dura gear from lvl 1 to 10 where ND will cost 48mil ;)

Dura is the way to go, ND is waaaay too expensive.

Im not sure kia, i just checked the auction house for the different stats each gives :)

Gratz again Dean!!

And yeah, dura gear ftw. 1 R5 crap dura item gives like 100+ dura with extraction. And if it goes down that slow, totally worth it.

Thank you :)

And yup, I have loads of dura crap that i got as drops that i use to recharge my dura gear :)

I paid 15mil per axe, 10mil for shoes, 15mil for gloves (+3/10 with vit/st stones) and only 2 mil for my armor. Forceful gear is the 2nd most expensive gear, thats why it was so expensive. The most expensive is Eager, which gives atk/cast speed. Everything else besides this is way way cheaper.

Yay, cast speed gear. I'll get me some of those. I should have enough money.
Hmm, wonder what the R6 Eager 2h staff will cost.
Which gear is good for pets? Regarding weapons, particularly for my angel, who uses a 2h staff.

Yeah MIA, according to what I've heard from people in DPs who uses full sets it is amazing. I dont know if R6 get set bonusses though :?:

For angel maybe m.atk gear? My hawk will be using Forceful gear at R7 too.

Yup, Forceful is P.atk.

Is anybody still playing this game?
I recently stumbled upon it, but I would like to get some views before committing to it.

If there is no 'unbearable' server lag, the in-game economy is pretty stable and my cap wont take a hard knock due to constant updates and patches I would love to try it.

How big is the download to get started? Will I be able to just copy over files from another pc, or do I have to use their downloader thingy? I am on rather limited, HSDPA - So I wouldnt want to risk losing my connection midway through a big download.

Updates are small(around 10mb per week, IF there is an update), unless they release new content, then the patches get around 100mb-200mb.
Unbearable server lag, rather ask when is the server not lagging.
Ingame economy... Dont make me go there lol

Game client is around 1.6 gig. After you've finished installing the game, you can copy the installed folder to a flashdrive and play it on another computer without installing it again. As for the installer, i think its best to use their installer, since most of the time these large downloads allow you to continue downloading later if you need to stop for whatever reason.

Sounds like the perfect free-to-play MMO lol.

I am still quite interested though.
I'm gonna ask one of my friends with their big 4Mb/s uncapped lines to please download so we can have a go at it.
Perhaps I'll rise to become the server's top ranked whatever! Supposing its not too hard for a n00b to get into the game.
Thanx for all the info MIA. I appreciate the help a lot.

Pleasure. Most of the PCF rappelz players (if there are any left) play on Bahamut server.

Lag is not always that bad, depends on your connection and how much you download while playing
They will be changing server hardware today and tomorrow so no playing for 2 days, and this will supposedly make the servers stable and less laggy as they are also increasing bandwidth availability. Will have to wait and see on this.

Ingame economy..... yeah.. for a fresh new player it's not that easy. Lot of frustration awaits you in the beginning. But Bahamut economy is one of the more stable ones from what I've seen.

Shout if you have any questions and once you have an IGN. Can always help newb's get going :D
