No, but Ive heard that it has awesome handeling. Im using the Porche 911 Turbo and it handles amazingly at high speeds. Apparently the Murcielago, Ford GT, Maclaren and Porche GT are out of this world, I should be able to unlock them today!

Money in this game is pretty scarce .. Im getting towards the end of the game, and i want to buy a new car (Dodge Viper) But its like 90000 the another 100000 to upgrade it... I really think u would struggle if you didnt win a couple of your opponents cars
BTW: Im gonna lan this game on Saturday so i got a savegame with all the cars unlocked, And it looks like the standard version has all the cars that the black edition does

I got a copy on thursday. One problem, I only have an FX5200 and its really hampreing performance. everything is on low and it still stutters. wtf? on the box it says minimum card is a GeForce 2?

AWE MOZZ!!! Thats awesome. I dont tweak my cars, I guess if you make it all top speed and no accelaration you can hit higher top speeds on long staights. How far are you? I have one more guy to beat then Razor. This game rocked and I am getting COD2 delivered today!

Guys I see take 2 has the dvd for R270, digital planet has the cd version for R238 ( I dont see that they say any1 is the black edition.
Is there a benefit to take the DVD ? I want to buy it today

Yeh, the only benefit I can see is the fact that when you load it, you don't have to keep swapping the discs. I bought the CD and had to change discs 4 times in the load process. I've bought plenty of DVD games in the last couple of months, all "Special Editions", or "Collectors editions", or "Directors Cuts" etc... and unless theres bonus content on the DVD that you can use in the game, I don't see the point. Pay the extra for the hassle free installation.
dbss go to your options menu and change a option called units "i think" from imperial to metric, or is it the other way round? cant rember.

Don't know if someone has posted this tweak guide yet but it looks quite good. It also mentions that there is a bug when using a dual core or hyperthreading cpu.
Nice game. The graphics and the sound effects are awesome. Like the previous NFS's (underground) the handling of the cars is not that gr8t in my opinion.
Not realistic enough. When it comes to realism no NFS beats Porsche Challenge, I still love that game now. Most cars esp. the the carrera GT sound awesome, just like in real! The sound of the SL65 is rubish though, cant even hear that V12, same goes for the beamer
NVIDIA Issues-Single GPU
* When adding Custom Resolutions, the user is not allowed to select the monitor scaling option.
* Rendering problems occur in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
This issue will be fixed in the next NVIDIA driver release.
Now I know that Valve have designed the whole HDR lighting thing for Half Life, but don't you guys reckon that this games uses something that looks incredibly similar?
I've come out of tunnels where the sun hits you right in the face as you exit, and its almost blinding. I've also played the Lost Coast, and man, they both look the same in terms of sun flair and what not....
... No comment.
