I get most of them from
http://www.1001freefonts.com
However, if I can't find one that looks right for a particular signature, I just hunt around the net. (Using Google)

I think yhe max alllowable size is 16kb, and yours is 25kb. Maybe thats why i's not working.

Well, it works for me.........
Try this.........
Remove EVERYTHING from your sig. (Make sure there are no hidden characters or spaces)
Then, as tedious as it may sound, MANUALLY type in the following:
