I have several sites from which I open numerous tabs, and I prefer doing the tab opening on all of them first before I start doing the readingalliesmeister wrote:Me too! As the tabs that are next to each other have some sort of correlation to each other.Stuart wrote:I prefer it like this.

Has chrome fixed the java problems yet?D3PART3D wrote:Yup, but it's done better this time.Monty wrote:Personas have been around for while, just required a plug in until now
Chrome now supports extensions, so Firefox and I are going to be parting ways soon.

I updated for Ver. 3.6.4 -Beta last week, and so far so good, no probs, and it seems to be running a bit faster

Meh, it's running well but still slow and bloated compared to Chrome.

Re: Firefox 3.6 released.
Chrome is the pits. It randomly crashes for no obvious reason and refuses to properly run sites like imageshack and tinypic.
If only Firefox did not leak memory like a sieve...
After a few hours of browsing it's memory footprint sits at around 300MB on my machine - other than that it's brilliant!

Re: Firefox 3.6 released.
The nice thing about being just a user - me - is that I open FF up and nice little pictures and stuff appear. Which is what I want from a browser without IE's incessant little patches and updates and stuff.
So I've done the 3.6.3 thing and as someone said - its seems a bit faster.

Re: Firefox 3.6 released.
There's a Version. 3.6.4 -Beta out already, i'm currently using it, and it seems to be running quite smoothly for a Beta, hasn't crashed once..
Source - http://www.product-reviews.net/2010/05/ ... d-crashes/Mozilla Firefox 3.6.4 Beta: Changes, Less Plugin-Related Crashes Expected
The main difference between Firefox 3.6.3 and the 3.6.4 beta is a new feature which is designed to decrease browser crashes, if a plugin such as Adobe Flash, Apple Quicktime or Microsoft Silverlight crashes whilst using Firefox 3.6.3 the web browser would be forced to restart, however the 3.6.4 beta has changed this.

IE has incessant updates and patches? I'm a dead set FF user, but the incessent updates and patches on FF irritate me!doo_much wrote:The nice thing about being just a user - me - is that I open FF up and nice little pictures and stuff appear. I use both. Chrome for the speed, FF for the add-ons.

Re: Firefox 3.6 released.
I really like the new version. Takes a bit of getting used to with it reorganising my tabs. But then I am not organised to begin with so it is an improvement.

"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.
