i'm going to have to go with RobThePyro on this one. I like air cooling for LANing but i will be getting water for my main PC when I moved to the UK. I am dying to WC mt 8800GTS
What I type has nothing to do with the people that employ me.

Use the TIM that comes with it. Its not too bad. Get a better fan though. 50cfm will be good. It can always be slowed down, not sped up ;)

I.E. heat paste- the stuff that conducts heat bettween your cpu and cooler. the better the quality, the lower ur cpu temps...

I''d also recommend the Ultima 90 - best value for money.

The Vindicator is good, but the mounting system is just plain silly for a heatsink of that size.

Very good fan. Not common in SA btw. Nice choice ;) :D

You will have amazing temps. Far better than a 9700.

Er, If i'm not too late
Cooler master Gemini II
R255 at the mo but excludes fans. Get the big one which uses 120mm fans.

http://www.take2.co.za/product.php?id=2432552

Cools your motherboard, RAM, CPU volt regulators etc which is nice.

I have the Arctic Freezer 7 pro buut I got it from England where it's 20 quid however here its R500. At 20 quid its amazing but not at R500.
Much prefer the Gemini II to the Freezer 7 pro in terms of cooling.

Thermaltake typhoon was also an amazing cooler.
Soon Google will know everything...including how to divide by zero :(

The GeminII is all show and no go in my opinion.

If you check this link, you'll see that with a 120MM fan the Ultima beats the pants off of the GeminII

And if you sandwich the Ultima you'll get even better performance.
