Ah Dam, yeah I can't get past 2.45Ghz. If I start going any higher my benchies start bombing. Oh well would it be a good idea to sell it and getting a Asus A8N32-SLI? I know they a fav in the OC community.

DFI Lanparty expert DR. A8N32 is good but they don't allow you to give those really high voltages onto the RAM or CPU.
DFI LanParty X48 LT-2TR
Intel Q9450 @ 3.2Ghz
Dell 24" 2408WFP | Phillips 37" 1080p
Sapphire HD4870 X2 2GB

Yes...by all means get a DFI Lanparty UT SLI DR Expert..I had one and mother hooker did that thing rock...I also set my personal Suppi record on that board (27.72s) with my Opteron 170 @ 3G's @ 1.5V AFAIK...RAM was @ 3.6V or 3.7V...can't remember...the DFI will let you shove voltage at your RAM up to 4V and the CFX3200 DR (Crossfire which I now have) goes up to 4.15V...
Scary Stuff

Yeah, get the A8N32, but if you want an INSANE overclocking board, rather go with DFI...
