CPU fan - Which way must it blow?

Push it to the max but make sure that you keep it cool!

Yeah, it was a 80mm TT fan doing a good 6000RPM...and I was not trying to stop it at the time, just trying to retrieve a screw and not concentrating on the right thing at the right time. Tore the blade clean of the fan too....after which the thing nearly vibrated itself to pieces...
