Looks good.

TIP: You should try to change the colour of your graphics card's fan led's. The blue takes away some of the effect the green is creating. So if you think you can do it and you can find the right size green leds then change them.

But otherwise your Mod really looks good.

i may be getting a diifernet graphics card. my pc went in to day to have the faults with my card sorted out. lets hope its the card and not the mobo although i do have a spare mobo.

i cant change the leds except by replacing the Heatsink. smething i dont wish to do wit the card under warranty.
thats the standard heat sink.

phoned up rand hardware in linden today and got a quote for perspex. 1Mx1Mx2mm thick is nearly R600 rand. hell, its cheaper to buy polycarb at that price.

so i think i am going to go for mentex grating. actually flattex which is the same except rolled flat. will post a sample of the grating.

unless anyone knows where to get modders mesh or hexagonal mesh.

Dude go check this topic in the forum: Laser cutting, dremmels, electronic components, Perspex...

You'll find maizeys plastics in there and you'll pay almost half price for that perspex. I bought from them a little over 1 m^2 x 3mm blue perspex and had it cut for R360. I think you should try them if you want.

Poly Carb and Perspex are one and the same thing. Its just from different manufacturers. I heard something about Maizeys being the only legal distributor or importer of Perspex. But don't take my word for it.

no actually there is a difference.
perspex shatters on impact. and poly carb is in theory bullet proof(used in riot shields as lexan) and is more resistant to heat but has an anemity to oil and grease which causes it to crack.

poly carb is better than perspex. and more durable.

although if someone knows better then i am open to persuasion
