Dead Space was yesterdays and todays are Battlefield.

I really have to say that nothing wowed me this time around and the prices were far from special. This is a disgrace of a week special.

Couldn't agree more. Dead Space on Steam with the special is still more that what you can pick it up for at BTGames ($7.50 converted to R50.28 vs R45). I've learned to keep their site open just to compare if it's really such a special on Steam :D

But is it daily every day specials? Or is it a week of daily specials?

Singularity is the midweek special for $10.33 . I would recommend this game. I loved it but replay wont happen. I would go for it if I didnt decide that I am only going for specials that are less than $10 though. And it should come around another time again.

Ok listen up you special scavangers. If you have missed it steam is now running 24hour specials daily. Apart from that this week you get the chance to join those few that pulled out some hair because of the internet dropping now and then. Please welcome the Ubisoft week.

Kick starting this week is the prince of persia special at $15 for everything from Sands of Time and up even to forgotten sands. This does not included Prince of persia, prince of persia 2 or prince of persia 3D.

Bets for titles later the week:
Splinter cell series
Farcry series
maybe we get lucky and see some hawx action and some rainbow 6.

Only interested if the Ubi DRM has been stripped out and chances of that happening are...

Okay, just found this site in one of my weekly mailers Shockedfish, where you can compare game prices and make sure that Steam's specials are really really special. It does a price comparison between various gaming sites for games. So if you missed a special on Steam, you can always check to see if you can't pick it up somewhere else.

Todays highlights:
Black Ops $40, Just Cause 2 $5 (75% off dlc and original to), GTA1- San Andr $7.50, SW Kotor $2.50.

SW Kotor is a definite recommend if you want to play an epic RPG and if you like to mess around then Just Cause 2 is really nice. The island is big and like normally I get completely side tracked with everything to destroy.

But on the list is return to castle wolfenstein and hexen 2. Who owns the rights to heretic 2 because thats another game I want.
