Domo sumimasen / I'm very sorry.
Chotto matte kudasai / Wait a moment please - I'm still learning.
// This is hectic stuff.
I'm just gonna memorise a few phrases first. //

Sawaruna normally means "Dont touch me"Nuke wrote:Dont touch what(or who)
Doko wa?
where are you learning the phrases from?
Fuzukeruna would be something like "Dont fcuk with me"
I think Jo was saying it last night.
....but you could have it mean what you want it to.

Earth to Rayne, we seem to have lost you on that one.Rayne wrote:Hey that's no joke.
I see same words have diffirent meanings.
EDIT : Can someone please tell me how to get hat thingy on the #6 key on a keyboard on top of a letter?
For the letter kappie, try word. I remember having to transiterate some words for an assignment. The variations are quite tricky and become tedious. That's your best bet though.

Eish Nuke that's a bit beyond me atm.
Ask me again in like, 10 years...
I think I'll just get a few easy things down that can help me with fansubs first.
Even at the beginning stage I can basically picture / recall a character pronouncing a certain word as I see it.
So hopefully one of these days I can skip a few subs.

Man I listened to the first lesson of Primsleur and sumimasen and yh go ga is like stuck in my head forever...
I am gonna try and put them on ipod so I can take them to gym and listen to it there...
Amazing how much easier/quicker audio sticks in ones head than writing... Well to me at least...
sumimasen - excuse me
yh go - English (with ga for sentence)

I Found this on a japanese learning site
The Anime Freak is probably the most common, and one of the most annoying. You can usually spot a few warning signs to let you identify them before it's too late: they wear the same exact Evangelion shirt every day, they have more than one anime key chain on their person, they wear glasses, they say phrases in Japanese that hey obviously don't understand (such as "Yes! I will never forgive you!"), they refer to you as "-chan", make obscure Japanese culture references during class, and usually fail class. You have to be extremely careful not to let them smell pity or fear on you, because if they do they will immeadiately latch onto you and suck up both your time and patience, leaving only a lifeless husk. Desperate for human companionship, they will invite you to club meetings, anime showings, conventions, and all other sorts of various things you don't care about.
lol
