My friend bucket is only R4500.

He got some hard drives , keyboard, mouse and Screen.
So can you help me to build up PC for R4500.

Lol he basically has R4500 for mobo, cpu,ram, gfx, cooling and OS (I assume OS).

That looks good-get that and add a little more for a new PSU. otherwise you will have a low range PC.
