Narnia is alright, but Divinfire is raw. Harder, faster and more melodic. Their music videos are stupid though.

Love Nighwish. If you like them you will most likely like Epica and Within Temptation too. 3 best bands in my opinion.(though the last nightwith album wasn't that good imo)

Korpikaani use to be known as Shaman, i have one of their albums from then called Idya, its very mellow.

been listening to Eluveitie for quite a while now. if you like them then look for Falkenbach, elvenking, thyrfing as well. quite. pagan/folkmetal is awesome.

btw if you can get your hands on Agallochs The Mantle album then do so...its really awesome

I thought I new about music (well I did about 8 years ago) but you guys are listening to some very interesting stuff. I tend to listen more to the 70's rock like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Nazareth. Don't like 80's rock but 80's metal is good. Its quite interesting to compare what your dad listened to then and what you listen to now.

Do you think its a bad thing to play In Flames to a 1 year old?
