It's probably on this list... Made for some very interesting reading. Obviously most of the list is fake / legendary but some of the presumed extinct species are real or were captured. We don't know half of whats out there.

It's a very bad quality pic. Notice the back-legs don't bend backwards at the joint between the shin and thigh, if it walked on fours it should do this.
Maybe it's two pics cleverly merged into one for someones art project
