Vista....Need help

I get that crap everytime I startup.

Any ideas? How do I unblock it permanently? It seems to be blocking Windows Update.

Edit: Fixed it by turning User Access Control off. Is this wise?

Most Vista users would tell you to turn off UAC anyway, so no problem there.

Agree. UAC is the devil, also blocking unsigned drivers can be a nightmare. I eventually found a fix to turn it off permanently, I don't do stupid things like run EXE files from dodgy websites so I don't need it.

The funniest was when it tried to block Office from installing. UAC FTL. Thankfully you can turn it off, much to your PCs protest
