Finaly i found it, decent local VOIP from these guys called VOX. For a small monthly fee they give a u a nice cordless phone and a wifi router, your own phone number on your VOIP service.

For those of you running a business or who just make lots of calls, its definitely worth looking into thier rates, for the most part they are cheaper then telkom and they pay you to recieve phone calls on you VOIP number (definitely good for businesses recieving lots of calls, good helpline nmber too).

Best of all if you move you still keep the same number.
