Windows Dancer

Those of you who have windows Plus or Windows Media Center edition know about the dancer, that dances on your desktop when you want it to...
Unfortunately, microsoft does not provide many dancers, and i thaught I could make my own up from poser/DAZ renders... but are the dancer files in a form of .mpg or a .avi ?

I see no one has made there own dancers on the web... and there is Virtua girl which they is free, and you get free dancers.... rubbish... and its slow or does not run as smothely as the microsoft windows Dancer.

Does anyone know what tools can be used to construct your own dancers?

I know poser to do the dancer, but the tools to put the frames into the format for the program to load them..
