Toshiba Sattelite A100-232 Battery Life Issues

Hi Guys
I have had a the Satelitte laptop for the past year... The battery life cant seem to last more than 50 min after charge... any reasons for this?

What are the recommendations for a well priced laptop that has good battery life

Helped you abit with your stuck CAPS lock key there

have the same laptop for just about the same length of time - not doing the suggested things in the user manual can lead these batteries to be of no use over time.
