Need help overclocking my e6420 2.1ghz

sup guys/ladies i was wondering wat will the max fsb that i will be able to run it with a stock cpu cooling fan. its a e6420 core 2 duo 2.13ghz. plz guys/ladies i need your help?

about 450FSB hey, al long as you got sufficient air flow in ur case.

Otherwise i would suggest 400fsb

what if i leave the case side open will that do? and what power supply will i need to run that at 400fsb because im currently running it at 300 fsb. will it be stable
