I'm not getting past the stage where you install Bin utils and GCC.

LFS is for people who want to be hardcore linux gurus and have patience the size of everest....not mention plenty of bandwidth! You may appreciate it afterwards though!

all packages comes with the lfs image ?

It will cost you 650MB though for the image
