Linux Not Reading NTFS HDD

Hi All I Havent Been On The Forums For So Long ( :!: ) Im Trying To Get My Windows Drive "Mounted" On Ubuntu. It Worked Before, But When I Had To Reinstall Linux, It Doesnt. I Get: Cant Mount NTFS Drive, And Something About Safely Removing Hardware In Windows. I Also Cant Run CHKDSK Now. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease Help Me!

This happens every now and then to me too...
Try boot into your Windows partition and see what happens. I take it that is the drive you are wanting to access in Linux

See what that does

You need to boot into windows and then shut down PROPERLY :)
That guy that used to mod cases. Now I take photos. True story.
