800 on the core, thats impressive, at those speeds nothing comes close to it.

So volt modding your card will give you a more stable OC? How much extra heat does that add onto your system?

Depends, but basically more volts and/or more mhz = more heat

If you're on borderline unstable and 1Mhz more pushes it into artifacting, that small 0.05V increase will make it rock solid. Guys are adding 30Mhz onto their overclocks from that 0.05V. It won't add too much heat, you'll probably see a few degrees extra. On the other hand if you have really bad ventilation, it might also push it over the top and you'll get more instability.
