Can I change ubuntu's font?

Can I change ubuntu's font?

I can't stand this font, it has feet :!: (what's that called? Seriff, sans-seriff?)

Maybe I'm too used to the windows font...

What's the windows font? can I change it to that? :D

to change the font i think u go System > Preferences > Font applet
also if u want to
install other fonts

cool, but that doesn't seem to chance Firefox's font?

Firefox has its own default font setting - you can change it from firefox's preferences.
