Goto website using IP

Our newly installed proxy server at the office is blocking my personal website, and a couple of others. How can I find out what the DNS IP adress for the site is ... I want to logon to the site using the IP adress rather than then domain name.

Is it possible? My website is http://www.pcperfect.co.za

edit1: the IP is... 196.22.132.25

edit2: use this... http://www.ukeepaccess.com/ to bypass the proxy. it's what i use

That website seems to be working, thanks alot man ... only problem now, is that it's extremely slow

Websense blocks "Proxy Avoidance" category sites...

Thus makes it difficult to be able to use...

oh, ok. I didn't even know he was using websense (who's using websense here, you or him??). it's working on me i can bypass Squidguard!

Papercut, you website you gave me works, I can access my site now (just very slow, but it's like you said ... it's better than nothing) ... I'm not blocked on WebSense ... it's our local proxy at the office that prhibits access to my site.

No, he apparently isnt. When I posted I was not sure though.

Our client currently uses Websense and it blocks basically ALL sites expect the basic basic sites...

wouldn't work as it's a shared IP, (www25b.your-server.co.za). you can browse static IPs from within IIS, but, if authentication is required, not shared IPs.

it's cacheing on a remote site, hence the speed impact. if credentials are being submitted, you need to ask how secure the remote cache is. there are better, safer, ways....
