Looks like a fiberglass rendition of what they would like you to believe is a new species of reptile residing in the shallow waters of the Durban beaches.
All a ploy to keep the beaches clean this festive season

This kinda reminds me of the TV Show Surface:
Sorry I couldn't find a better pic... But the above is a pic of the sea creature(s) from Surface, this one just munched down an entire yacht! 8O
