Your best looking game?

I'm just curious, out of all the games you own, which one has the best graphics on your system?

Out of my collection, UT2004 is the best looking at the moment, but only because I have to run Far Cry at medium details. If I turn up all the graphics on Far Cry it will beat U2004 in the gfx dept.

You do know that there is a diffirence between looking good and running smoothly right

Anways mine is UT2003with NFSU following closely on it's heels. Got farcry but will have to upgrade my system before it even starts up.

I guess that is why UT and Q has made it sooo big. It can run on almost any platform by having a GFX engine that dynamically determening what your GPU is capable of and then adjusts it accordingly for performance and looks.

FAR CRY...Only, need an upgrade to make it look schweet. A GeForce FX5200 just doesn't quite cut it!

Well, I woulda said GTA3:Vice City, because I still crank that game up when I'm tired or wasted to rip around the city listening to MP3 files

But, Far Cry - that's the one - that's the game that holds the PC FPS eye-candy awards right now...

To be honest, Far Cry is a good game - it's not the best game ever, but it has good moment and bad moments. The reason why it's getting so much praise is not really because of the game itself, it's the technology that it uses. It is the first next-gen fps and it has all the elements that FPS'ses will have - rag doll physics, gorgeous graphics, usage of direct x 9, real time shadows, advanced AI and excellent sound effects.
