Colours for my web sample.

Hi. I am making a website for myself and have a layout but am unsure what colours to use. Can anyone tell me what colours will make my website look professional and easy to read at the same time. The colours must suit the look of my jpeg. The link is Sample

I hope this is the right thread for this. The layout won't change anymore only the colours used unless it is needed to be changed.

Thanks. Decided on the grey and maxxis says it is fine. Now registering the site.
