A mobo is a motherboard

Your specs are impressive, I've got a 2.4Ghz P4

Snap - Same ram
Lots of space and a cool graphics card

What price are you looking at

Hope they put one with the 875p chipset in but they are a bit pricey.

The 2.4 is slowest but I've read in some reviews that the 2.4 is the best overclockers of all the Intel cpu's

Mine is overclocked to 3.2Ghz with only stock cooling.I guess with water cooling you up it quite a bit more.It also depends on the mobo if it will be able to take punch.

So true... and to think, about a year ago it was considered pretty decent! Still, nothing wrong with the P4 2.4 (You can't even buy Northwood ones anymore; the only flavour distributors like Rectron and Sahara sell is the Prescott.)
