What is a better graphics card the 128mb ATI Radeon 9600 AGP

or

the 256mb Nvidia GeForce 4 FX5600

Make sure the 9600 is not an ez!!!!!!!

If it is then both are a waste of time and money!

Rather get a 9600Pro, or 9600XT, 5700Ultra.

What price range are you looking at ?

Snowmonkey right about the EZ cards.I bought mine only coz I got for R600 but I've seen the performance difference between the EZ and the PRO and its huge. The EZ cards are better the in between card of an 9600 and 9600 PRO.

As for FX 5600 the 256MB helps nothing in games.

For +/- R300 extra you can definitly get the 9600XT which rocks!!

Nominator, wait a couple of months, 2 or so. Then the prices of both Nvidia and Ati should drop quit a bit. In the light of the new generation cards starting to hit the market.
