NIS:Norton Internet Security Updates

Post by Moto_Guzzi »

For the 3rd consecutive year I noticed that 3 months before my Norton has to be upgraded [1-Year periods], the updates suddenly stop coming, it's now a week, no updates, same happened previous years.
There is no indication of register problems or anything.

I bet if I buy an upgrade now, I will get updates every night again, but still 3x months before the year expires!.

Do I have a case if PC is attacked and data ruined ?

The best update for Norton is to uninstall it and use another AV program. :D

More to the point, however, I doubt Norton will care if your PC is hacked. Can't you just download the updates manually, or otherwise email Symantec and ask them what's up?
