<BR>wOw, but this SCO/IBM|Linux suit has certainly turned out to be a satire of sort ( a la RAMBUS). <i>(what!)MSFT is licensing SCO Unix technology(?)?</i> this recent move by MSFT, IMO, is quite suspicious that <i>maybe</i> they´re just covering there backs for some SCO code that might have slip into there Windows <i>Sevices for Unix</i> suite. another possibility is that, IMO, MSFT is just fogging out FUD to derail the open-source development of Linux. there´s no direct correlation though, but the conspiracy theories just won´t die away. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif">

<BR>the <i>´saga´</i> started when SCO accused IBM of allegedly copying lines of Unix source code and putting it into there Linux OSS project which, in turn, lead to the speculation that some of this code might have leaked to the open-source community.
