i got to work yesterday and my copy was laying on my desk, along with Armed Assault (thanks megarom)
So when i got home, i installed and played, playing 1440x900 with AA 4x and HDR enabled and it's pretty sweet, sure is'nt the same as NFS!

Yes, direct copy from the xbox gamepad. Just like how the Rumplepad II is a direct copy from the PS2 gamepad. Logitech seems to do that
But the Logitech Chillsream has a fan in it that cools you hands down as you play, a very nice feature actually.... Works rather well.

nope no hdtv yet... got an av to vga cable though so can use it on a pc monitor... its nice.. but i prefer playing on my 74cm tv... its just a personal preference - the way things are setup at home.
brought it to work on monday and we played on the projector here... that was cool.. gears of war on a huge screen is mad

you can rip music to it or keep save games on there or download arcade games (like contra and galaga (for free)) or videos like borat clips and music videos, game trailers etc etc and the like from xbox live...
you can also store pics and stuff on it... there is software that you can buy that allows you to use your xbox as a PVR as well.
If your question is between the core and premium... just go for th premium... even if it takes a little longer - wireless controllers are awesome.
