Size of your "Windows" folder?

Hey guys,

Thought it would be interesting to see different users "Windows" folder sizes, cos these folders are known to get pretty big after a while!

Here's mine, pretty damn big... :lol:

Yep! Those were the days! :lol:

A few years ago my entire HDD wasn't even a quarter the size that my "Windows" folder is now... :lol:

2004 dec 26...... thats amazing~ I don't think I can keep that long~
normally will format around 3~6 month~

4 month old install, no cookie/temp delete running sp2. You on fresh install, Moses? Do you have .net framework and java install?

Yup I'm running XP Pro SP2...

It's so big I almost wanna say - "So nice, I installed it twice!"

But then I'd be saying it's great, which it's not.

Windows XP Pro SP2 - 1.93 GB (1.34 GB Compressed)
Windows Vista RC2 - 7.53 GB (7.59 GB - Size on disk)

Both on my laptop :mrgreen:

And i'm adding another thing - files and folders:

Windows XP Pro SP2 - 14350 Files / 796 Folders
Windows Vista RC2 - 38556 Files / 6892 Folders

who yo daddy now :?: :biggrin:

MS made Vista better by having more files :P
