Who Uses Webonline Hosting?
Anyone?
I use them.
No complaints at all, except perhaps for their take it or leave it attitude.
For example from the start of this month they upgraded all their hosting options with more hard-drive space. I noticed this by accident when visiting their home page for some or other reason.
So I emailed them asking why I'm still sitting with the old 10meg while their home page advertises 25 meg.
So they say (a) I must apply for the upgrade and (b) pay a R50 admin fee.
This is complete BS. I have hosted with them for 3 years now and need to pay for the upgrade while all new applications get the better deal.
But other than my rant above, absolutely no complaints.
