welcome to the forums

the picture under your name is called an avatar,
get a picture you like get it the right size and in your profile settings at the end you can upload it

Hi Punk_Chick, go to "Profile" its at the top of this page and there you'll find a section for loading an avatar (that's what those pics are called).

Have fun and do stay. Don't be scared, us guys tend to perv on the chicks a bit. Just enjoy or ignore us, but please don't leave.

Height should be 160px, width 120px. Right-click mine and select properties to see.
