restarting without reason

I bought me a new pc about a month ago.The problem is this....it restarts without a warning!!!!
 It restarts like once every 2-3 days. WOT MUST I DO??? At first i though my pc is overheating or something, but its not.
 My specs
 AthlonXP 1700+
 asus a7n226-vm mobo
 onboard geforce2 mx
 win98SE
 
 ANY help will be appreciated

Do you leave your computer on for the whole 2-3 days? Suggest that you check your settings in the bios: pc health status, power management controll.
 Also look at 98 power management.

I have the same Motherboard and CPU and My PC also reboot out of its own. Most of the times it is when I am playing games. Hope not it is a design fault.

I myself is a AMD fan.
 But the two AMD sistems i have does the same.
 They both restart when the atx powerswitch is presd, they are set to shut down.
