Wouldnt it be easier if you arranged the names according to birthdays in the first page? As in put the date, and then names on that day... It just makes it easier to search for bdays coming in a week...

I know itll be a hell of a lot of work, unless you use excel ... excel is your frieeend :D

Just a thought, use it, dont use it...

Sure, you want date then name? Of course it may be done, I just settled on name then date, so I run down the right hand column first! :D
