Putting Norton on your computer is the cruelest thing you can do! Don't do it man, don't do it! Rather put Trend Micro Internet Security or Mcafee...

I, personally, think that removing half your RAM, putting a toothpick in your HSF and halving your HDD space is better for your PC...

I'm just not a Norton fan (well except for their Ghost...)!

HAHA, I agree completely Rikkelz...

PsyCLown: I used to do AV management for a large corporation using SAV CE 9, and it was a terrible experience. I have previous experience with Trend Micro, and use it personally, it's my first choice.

Trend is good, as are a few others - AVG, Kaspersky, Avast, BitDefender, etc...

and never in your life use Avast Anti virus
I had a virus a few weeks ago that spread itself all over my pc, Avast picked it up as the wrong virus type and i lost tons...

I went back to McaFee, It picked all of the viruses up 1st time and cleaned em one shot!

I repeat DO NOT USE AVAST !!!!!
