More Linux Help

Post by djjkotze »

To get more experienced with linux, do the following:

A) Visit the following site: tlugforums.cs.up.ac.za.
B) search for the following file using google (I can't remember the site): rute.pdf. (It also resides on docs.cs.up.ac.za). It is the rute user's guide to linux, and is fairly old but still useful.
C) Install a hands on version of linux on your pc, eg. Gentoo. Don't go for the soft versions (read pointy clicky) like Mandrake.

Regards,

Thrall - you can find Rute here
Remember, through Him, to Him and for Him are all things. Glory be to the One that redeems me from sin, so that my life can be a testimony to Him.
