Heya.

So, I know PCFormat has had several features on local developers, and I´d just like to see local developers getting some kind of cover.

I´ve made a Stick Figure animation program, and I think it´s quite cool (obviously).

I´d really like some exposure, perhaps inclusion on the coverdisc... (it being 1 meg and all)

Also, this is the first thing I´ve done... and since starting it, I´ve learnt OpenGL, and I plan to release a game real soon.

Also, if you´d like, you could (later) get the source for it as an example of how NOT to code something...

That´s about it really, flame me for advertising if you like, but I´d really just like some exposure.

It´s not perfect, it doesn´t even have a use, but at 1 meg, who cares?
I downloaded it and it is pretty cool and very easy to use. I dig the pirate sample...I just had to get a few guys here at the office to check it out.

What would normally take quite some time to do in Flash is done in a few seconds with this app. How about adding the option to export to SWF?

Why not put some more time into it and develop an application with more functions. Then you could sell it and make some cool cash...or give it away free and make everybody happy

Brilliant anyway...keep up the good work!

Heya, thanks a lot!

As for SWF... yeaaaah... as soon as I can understand the license agreement for the SDK, and the knowledge that it _doesn´t_ require me to sell not only my soul, but the movie rights too, then I´ll get to it...
Seriously, the license agreement is what I´m scared of.

I really want to make a proper application out of it... I have stacks of ideas for version 2, this version was to see how far I could push GDI functions, and what I could do with a totally free version of Delphi. And I´m not going to sell version 1... I´m going to carry on with it as is, maybe even go open source...

But first:
I want people to see it, and to, I don´t know, the only reason I´m continuing is in the hope that people think it´s cool. It´s my motivation to continue, that´s why I´m putting it out there, so that people can either trash it, and I´ll stop, or like it and encourage me to do a better job...

So, thank you for your opinion, it alone ensures another release
Would you consider putting it on the coverdisc as it currently is, or would it require me finishing it first?

I´d also LOVE to have the time to make some really ace samples... but alas... work...

You guys have always supported local developers, that i can say with pride! Dont think me ungratedful for what you have offered, but how bout some more stuff to help local developers. One question, that i tried to get a response from a long time ago. The xenon 2000 project, was there something wrong with the source in the 4th installment. a friend who looked at it said that after changing the source it worked. Is there anywhere where i can get the source from again? seeing that my disks, lets just say they aint gona work!

As far as I know there was no problem with the code, we got a good number of entries and if the code was wrong I doubt that we would have received so many.

If you would the code I can send it to you but then you would be getting the same code that was on the cover disc, pointless if you have the disc.

Let me know
