Another sig problem

Hi Guys

I have been through the other posts and tried all what was say there but i still cant get my sig to load.Have use imageshack and photobucket.HTML,BBcode are enabled.The dimensions are just lower than the allowed and the weight is about 18k.

Stuck please help.
