Re: Neat Stuff To Download
Yeah.... I have a small problem paying $25 for a download manager when there are thousands out there that are free, and often better.

Name a free alternative that offers the same (or close) features as IDM.
No nags, no ads, no annoying window pop ups, etc.
Have you tried it?

Yes, I have. Orbit 3.0.0.5 is better IMO. Flashgot, before they "upgraded" it was better.

Re: Neat Stuff To Download
I'm using orbit 4.0.0.6
If i use an old version it doesnt stop nagging me to upgrade.
I've got a 384 line and Orbit got me a 45kB/s download once. Which is crazy for a 384 line.
So maybe the annoyance is worth it.

Found this little free gehm. It tests memory of graphics cards like memtest86.
I now at least know that it is my graphics card that is giving me nightmares and not something else.

I no longer think of myself as Atheist however I reject religion as a concept where you must do x because someone says so. May contain nuts.
Re: Neat Stuff To Download
Would anybody know where I could get software wich is capable of tracking the origin of a website?
Re: Neat Stuff To Download
What do you mean origin? The physical location of its web server?

Well, if it's local you can go here
otherwise if it's .com or something you can find similar services available for that country.
Something else I find works is going to the "contact us" page on the website (wink)
