Hi All,
I received a 900+ page document from a external source. The doc was password protected, which i removed effortlessly. However when converting the doc to excel; Cells either end up scattered, merged or unusable.
Needless to say, it would be a laborious task coping page by page.
My question than is:
- Is there a converter that would retain the pdf cell formats. Bearing in mind that the doc has numerous headings, subheadings and item scheduling.
-emphasis on the fact that NO information must get lost, nor end up in the wrong place.
Thanks in advance. Any advice leading to my resolving this, would mean I save myself from atleast a few days worth of work.
Fred

Re: Large PDF doc. to Excel Conversion Issues
Have you tried a trial period of one of the "professional" PDF-to-x converters? If so, what have you tried?
I'm assuming Office 2013. As a lark, have you tried using OneNote? It has conversion capabilities and also OCR (and it's a very good OCR too! [Surprisingly!!!])
