A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

Neeeeeeccccccrrrrrrrrrroooooooooooooo!!! I'm surprised that people are still playing this game. How do the owners make money (or at least break even to keep it running?)

Re: Ogame
You buy dark matter. They make lots - believe me.
Two of the top guys have moved into my system - they are hunting Trouble. It costs a lot to move your planet and moon.

Re: Ogame
Yes - Trouble was attacked by Dirtbag yesterday while she was at the Photo and Film Expo. Luckily Trouble checks her unis and moves everything off the moon before the 5 waves hit. Stupid Dirtbag doesn't check - he thinks Trouble is a total noob

Re: Ogame
A week.
I have 4 planets and am up to place 2.652 of 5.589.
Which sounds really good until I mention that - up to this morning anyway - I had not built any defences or attacking vehicles other than that required by the tutorials in order to get the free stuff. So I've been able to put every bit of res into research for expansion
This uni is way to settled and stagnant.

Re: Ogame
Right. Month later.
Been busy elsewhere, but still reached place 1.430 of 3.666. (Notice how many players have vanished?)
Up to 6 planets.
Smallish fleet to take out the def on (i) planets.
Only been attacked twice. Nailed one guy (the first - he was a bit of a noob) and got clobbered by the second. Being a farmer that means he took some res and LC. No biggie and no guilt. AFK due to work.
Settling into a nice (and boring) rhytm. Want to build up to 8 planets with decent production and will then start building fleet (think many, many LF and maybe some DES) and commence irritating my neighbours.
If I don't lose interest of course!
