A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

Unfortunately not at my home yet. I have to upgrade that link now. Still getting around 30mbps at home.
Before you say IMPOSSIBLE!! This is after R250k of carrier wireless upgrades. And I'm still busy with interconnect agreements.

Damn, nice one Nuke.
My office is faster than this at quiet times, but this time of day it's busy in this building with a few hundred people.

AH-HA!!! Suck it Nuke!!!
This is from my Azure VM in Kansas. This test was actually a bit slow. Yesterday it was chugging along at about 320Mb/s download and about 792Mb/s upload.
(That's Kansas, so the speed at your work DEFINITELY beats the speed at my work... :-/)
This is at home right now on a 2Mb pipe (due to be doubled to a 4Mb pipe soon - for free!
):

Right, about those pathetic download speeds that my VM in Kansas was experiencing...
It started off at +-800KB/s and then kept on climbing. With a big enough file, who knows where it would've stopped?

Is that at your home or your work Ryan? Because if it's at your home... **starts to roll up shirtsleeves rather menacingly**

Nice one Jamin, so that's what I can look forward to when I move to OZ.
Biggest benefit for me so far has been the upload speeds. I often have to FTP large backups offsite, and this helps big time!

Only if you move to an area that has NBN fibre, otherwise its boring old 20Mb ADSL
Where in Oz are you settling

Most likely Melbourne side since I know it and have plenty family there.

You will love Melbourne.
Just dont believe locals when they tell you something is "just around the corner"
Everything in Melb. is at least 45 minutes away by car

My Teams meeting is eating some bandwidth.
Asynchronous fibre here in AUS though, in SA I had 100/100, here 100/40.

Yeah except it was worse than your 100/40 NBN here?
